刚被J Materials science 拒稿，大家帮分析还能、还需要再投吗 已有3人参与

如题。拒稿信如下： 请大家邦我分析还有必要修改后投吗？好像是技术审查没通过，我是按照最新的修改的啊，可也没有随信附上那些方面没通过啊。 还需要修改再投吗？ 信中间红色部分什么意思？ Dear ×××: The manuscript that you submitted recently to the Journal of Materials Science has now been evaluated.
