I.Manifold System A.Testing Finished Product Vials 1.Aseptically reconstitute 20 vials to capacity with sterile 0.1% thiotone. Swirl to dissolve the lyophilized cake. 3.Prewet two sterile 0.45 micron PVDF (polyvinylidenefluoride) filter membranes each with 50ml of sterile 0.1% thiotone. 1. Aseptically reconstitute and transfer the contents of 20 vials to a diluent bottle containing 200ml of sterile 0.1% thiotone using the Millipore Steridilutor, (or equivalent). 2. Prewet a Millipore, Steritest Unit for Antibiotics(orequivalent), containing a 0.45 micron PVDF membrane filter with 100ml of sterile 0.1% thiotone (50ml/canister). |

I. 管汇系统 A. 成品瓶测试 1. 无菌条件下，重组20瓶至容量含0.1%的无菌硫化蛋白胨，摇晃溶解冻干的饼状物。 3.取2个无菌0.45微米的PVDF（聚偏二氟乙烯）滤膜，每个用50ml的无菌0.1％硫化蛋白胨预先润湿。 1。无菌重组20瓶含量，并转移至含有无菌0.1％硫化蛋白胨的200毫升稀释剂瓶，此过程使用 Millipore公司的Steridilutor（或同等东西）。 2. 预湿一个Millipore公司的用于抗生素的Steritest系统（或同等东西），包含一个0.45微米PVDF滤膜的100ml无菌的0.1％硫化蛋白胨（50ml/滤灌）。 |
