What vatimin do you need most ?


Vitamin A        food sources:        Orange, ripe yellow fruits, leafy vegetables, carrots, pumpkin, squash, spinach, liver
Vitamin B1 food sources:        Pork, oatmeal, brown rice, vegetables, potatoes, liver, eggs
Vitamin B2 food sources: bananas, popcorn, green beans, asparagus
Vitamin B3 food sources:        Meat, fish, eggs, many vegetables, mushrooms, tree nuts
Vitamin B5 food sources:        Meat, broccoli, avocados
Vitamin B6 food sources:        Meat, vegetables, tree nuts, bananas
Vitamin B7 food sources:        Raw egg yolk, liver, peanuts, certain vegetables
Vitamin B9 food sources: Leafy vegetables, pasta, bread, cereal, liver
Vitamin B12 food sources: Meat and other animal products
Vitamin C        food sources: Many fruits and vegetables, liver
Vitamin D        food sources: Fish, eggs, liver, mushrooms
Vitamin E        food sources: Many fruits and vegetables
Vitamin K        food sources: Leafy green vegetables such as spinach, egg yolks, liver

For me, I need Vatimin M, somebody tell me what does Vatimin M mean?
