各位大侠，最近一篇文章修回，一个审稿人说到我的化合物溶于氯仿，故生物利用度和排泄问题就不能解决，从而导致骨骼肌系统症状，难道是我理解错误？原文如下：
As also reported by the authors in the Introduction, the main reasons for the failure of the use of inhibitors in clinical trials can be ascribed to their low solubility in physiological media (see musculoskeletal syndrome) and poor availability. Nonetheless, they report a series of inhibitors soluble in chloroform which reasonably would not resolve the problems of bioavailability and excretion.求高手赐教
