| 近年来，鸡传染性支气管炎广泛流行，而防治该病IB弱毒疫苗是不可或缺的，但是IB病毒容易变异，变异株不断出现，使得现有的疫苗不能很好的控制该病，所以从现地分离株中致弱病毒是大势所趋。因此本文主要探讨一下IB弱毒疫苗的构建方法，IB弱毒疫苗的构建主要通过致弱病毒获得，病毒的致弱有自然致弱和人工致弱两种方法。特别是利用现代分子生物学手段和反向遗传技术可以制备更安全、广谱、有效的弱毒疫苗，以克服传统弱毒疫苗的缺点。 |

| In recent years, avian infectious bronchitis (IB) has been prevalent, and IB attenuated vaccine is indispensable to prevent the disease. However, IB virus tends to mutate, with its mutant strains founded continually, so the disease cannot be well controlled by the existing vaccines. Therefore, it is an irresistible trend to attenuate the virus from local isolated strain. This paper mainly discusses the method for constructing IB attenuated vaccine. IB attenuated vaccine is acquired mainly by attenuating virus in a natural way or an artificial way. Modern molecular biological method and reverse genetics technique can be used to produce the attenuated vaccine that is safer, has broader spectrum, and shows higher effectiveness, so as to overcome the disadvantages of traditional attenuated vaccine. |

| In recent years, Avian Infectious bronchitis was being prevalent and it is necessary to have IB attenuated vaccine to prevent it. However, IB virus mutated easily and mutated strains were founded, so the current vaccines cannot control the disease well. Therefore, it is a trend to attenuate virus from local isolated strain. This paper mainly discussed the construction method of IB attenuated vaccine, which was mainly from attenuating virus. Attenuation of viruses had two methods, natural attenuation and artificial attenuation. The disadvantages of traditional attenuated vaccine could be overcome by modern molecular biological method and reverse heritage technique to produce safer, broader spectrum, and more efficient attenuated vaccine. |
