| The information and knowledge disclosed to Contractor by or on behalf of UOP or which Contractor acquires in connection with or as a result of performing the Services or which Contractor develops hereunder (including Work Product) shall be regarded by Contractor as confidential (“UOP Confidential Information”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contractor recognizes that all features of the compounds, compositions, formulations, apparatus, processes, and application methods and business information heretofore or hereafter used or developed by UOP (or by any of its predecessors in business) or by Contractor hereunder are and shall be UOP’s trade secrets. |

披露的信息和知识的代表或由UOP公司或承包商在获得连接或执行服务或承包开发下文（包括工作产品）的结果给承包商，由承包商应视为机密（“UOP机密信息“）。在不限制前述条文的一般性的情况下，承包商需要保证并确认执行，迄今为止已经或今后使用或开发产品的功能、成分、配方、相关设备、工艺、应用方法和商务信息，由UOP公司（或任何其前任业务）或是由承包商本协议项下的，并且应当是UOP公司的贸易秘密。 好像是什么合同里的，翻译起来确实有点晦涩。 以前在单位搞过一段时间的合同，表示比较头疼  |
