金虫 (正式写手)

[求助] 在金电极上滴上血红蛋白后测CV

用PBS电解液,饱和甘汞做参比电极,金电极上修饰血红蛋白,加入H2O2后测CV,在-1.0V只有一个还原峰,没有氧化峰啊?
一般设定的点位窗口是多少呢?电位窗口太宽是不是不好啊?

Hb的Heme基团的氧化还原峰大概在-0.05V~-0.2V左右。
你加入H2O2是想测Hb对H2O2的直接电催化吧,电势窗口设在0.2V~ -0.7V即可。

文献1、The oxidation and reduction peak potentials of immobilized Hb in acetate buffer solution, pH 5.0 and at a scan rate of 0.1 V sㄢ were obtained at about –150 mV and –290 mV, respectively.
