| 各位因英语高手大家好！帮忙翻译一段话吧“在该生物碱细胞毒性机制研究方面，具有亚甲二氧基基团的生物碱较不具该结构的生物碱表现出更好的DNA 双螺旋结构热变性稳定作用，并能通过DNA 嵌入方式显示出对拓扑异构酶I 的抑制活性，这可能是含有该基团的生物碱具有较强细胞毒性的原因之一”非常感谢大家的帮忙！ |

| In alkaloids cell toxic mechanism research, alkaloids cells with methylene-dioxy groups present better DNA double helix thermal denaturation stabilizing effect than the cells without methylene-dioxy groups, and inhibit the activity of topoisomerase I via DNA intercalation, this may be one reason why the alkaloids with methylene-dioxy groups have stronger cytotoxicity. |
