The manuscript has been reviewed by three experts. They find the work of interest, but they are otherwise quite critical. The reviewers criticize a number of aspects of the work and of the manuscript. Based on these reports the manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in Journal of XXX. The authors may use the valuable comments of the reviewers to improve the quality of their work in the future. If this results in a drastically improved manuscript, which the authors believe will meet the reviewers' requirements they may send it to this journal as a new submission.
