[求助] 不太明白返回意见中关于统计方法的意见

各位大侠，小弟投稿Animal，现在终于返修了，审稿意见中关于统计方法的意见有些不太明白，希望各位大侠帮忙看看。
原来的分析方法我是用的单因素多重比较，用means±sd。审稿人的意见如下：On the statistics section: for analysis of variance you need to check homogeneity of variance of the model residuals（这个是什么意思？该如何解决）. Please check and mention in the text. I was also wondering why you did not analyze the experiment as a 2 x 3 factorial design + added control. Would provide a much stronger analysis as it does not lean strongly on a post-hoc multiple comparison test（这句也不太明白）. You actually have 2 levels of A (.5 and 2) and 3 levels of B (0, 300, 600). You could also test interactions between these factors. Then compare selected treatments with control using predesigned hypothesis testing (contrast procedure in SAS). It would also facilitate interpretation. Sorry I did not pick it up in the first version.
