The authors analysed the called "external quenching" using a Stern-Volmer equation. This paper has a critical problem which is the interpretation of the mechanism of "quenching". Indeed, this mechanism is the well known fluorescence inner filter effects which have a specific model formulation. Analyzing the observed fluorescence intensity variation using a Stern-Volmer is probably not useful because there is no physical meaning.¡± µÚ¶þ´ÎµÄ¡°The authors have made some improvements in the paper. However there is still a critical problem about the model that they used for the decreasing of fluorescence intensity linearization. Indeed, the Stern-Volmer model corresponds to a quenching mechanism and not to an inner-filter effect decreasing of fluorescence intensity. The application of a Stern-Vomer model in this paper is of empirical nature! For this last phenomenon there are several models in the literature that should be used.¡± |
