[交流] Resubmit是不是意味着拒稿啊？

投稿4个月，没有看到专业性意见，我感觉压根就没进入审稿环节。不知道论文还有戏不？谢谢各位
编辑部返回的如下：
The paper is not suitable for this journal in the format you have it--this journal does have a theoretical flavor, and all submissions need to demonstrate new results with proofs (mathematical theorems and proofs). If  you still want to resubmit to this journal, you should reorganize your results in this form. I have made an editorial decision to ask you to resubmit so you have a chance to revise your document without doing through a long drawn review process that will certainly result in rejection.


Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the referee(s) before a decision is rendered.

编辑认为你文章的格式不符合该期刊的要求，如果你还想投这个期刊，必须重新组织你的实验结果，他们几个编委讨论的结果是，如果你做大的修改，可以考虑重新评审你的文章，总的来说还是有希望的。
