本人预报意大利pavia大学博士，但是在申请中遇到如下内容，不懂求助，谢谢

在pavia大学报名博士入学考试申请中遇到如下内容： Candidates must attach to the form the following documents（需要邮寄到学校）: a) a signed photocopy of a valid identity document; b) certificates of all the academic degrees owned by the candidate; c) University transcripts including the specific courses attended, the marks received and the legal duration of the degree courses; d) a full translation of the b) and c) documents into Italian or English; e) any other document relevant for the assessment of the degrees, such as Diploma Supplement or Dichiarazione di Valore in Loco. In case of admission, candidates will have to provide the Administration with the following documents: a) certified photocopy of the degree diplomas; b) original University transcripts including the specific courses attended, the marks received and the legal duration of the degree courses; c) official and legalized translation of the b) and c) documents into Italian or English. 我不知道上述b)和c)文件以及它们的翻译（d）是需要原件还是复印件，以及是否需要公正，从老师那里了解到去pavia大学的中国学生还是不少的，希望能得到大家的帮助，表示衷心的感谢。 另外还有个DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY Candidates with academic degree awarded by a foreign University, not officially declared equivalent to the Italian academic degree, must fill in the “Declaration of eligibility” form ,sign and send it, together with their documents 这难道是说在国内的学位不用双认证了吗？ 具体怎么做，我实在是很疑惑，希望得到过来人的提点，谢谢了 |
