Dear Dr. McArthur, May I ask a question? As I know, MTA needs the signature of duly authorized representative of each party. My supervisor is Z Wang , not professor Hao Wu .Could I use my supervisor as the authorized representative. Hope to hearing from you. Regards， Hongsai Chen 我想表达的意思是：MTA（材料传递协议）需要双方是授权代表签字。我的导师是XX，不是XX（之前把这个人的名字发给那边了），我可以用我的导师作为授权代表吗？ |
