Twelve portions of samples above mentioned were added into 50mL colorimetric tubes, 10.0g of each sample was weighed. Then they were divided into 6 groups. The final series of concentrations of the samples were 0, 5.0, 10.0,20.0, 50.0, and 100.0 mg kg-1(2 parallel per sample). At the same time, the same method above was also employed with S. The results for the determination of O in these samples were listed in Table 1. From Table 1 we concluded that a good agreement between U and S when the content of sample was below 20.0 mg kg-1, however, the results of U were superior to those of S when the contents were above 20.0 mg kg-1.

分别取10.00g 上述样品12份，分6组加入到50mL比色管中，加入O标准溶液使测定的O浓度分别为0、5.0、10.0、20.0、50.0、100.0mg/kg（每组2份平行）；同样取10.00g 上述样品12份，分6组采用S方法提取，加标方法同U方法。
    两种方法比对数据见表1。测定结果表明，当测定结果≤20.0mg/kg时，两种提取方法均能满足分析要求，无明显差异；当测定结果＞20.0mg/kg时，U方法测定的结果优于S方法。

From Table 1 we concluded that a good agreement between ultrasonic solvent extraction and Soxhlet extraction when the content of simulation soil standard sample was below 25.0 mg kg-1, however, the results of ultrasonic solvent extraction were superior to those of Soxhlet extraction when the contents were above 25.0 mg kg-1.

取上述模拟标准土壤样品5.00g 共12份，分成6组分别加入到50mL比色管中。然后加入石油类标准溶液，使测定的模拟标准土壤样品中石油类浓度分别为0、5.0、10.0、25.0、50.0、100.0mg/kg（每组做2份平行）；另取同样的质量和分数的样品，分成6组采用索氏提取法，加标方法与超声波萃取法相同。两种方法比对数据见表1。测定结果表明，当测定结果≤25mg/kg时，两种提取方法均能满足分析要求，无明显差异；当测定结果＞25mg/kg时，超声波萃取法测定的结果优于索氏提取法。

Add 5.0000g each simulation soil standard sample mentioned above and petroleum oil standard solutions into 50mL colorimetric tubes to make final simulation soil standard samples with concentrations of 0, 5.0, 10.0, 25.0, 50.0, and 100.0 mg.kg-1(2 parallel samples per concentration). The final simulation soil standard samples were then treated with ultrasonic solvent extraction and Soxhlet extraction and petroleum oils in these simulation soil standard samples were determined thereafter. The results of petroleum oils in these simulation soil standard samples were listed in Table 1 and it can be concluded that similar extraction effects can be achieved through both ultrasonic solvent extraction and Soxhlet extraction methods when the concentrations of simulation soil standard sample was below 25.0 mg.kg-1 while the extraction effects of ultrasonic solvent extraction were better than those of Soxhlet extraction when the concentrations were above 25.0 mg kg-1.即使你改过的中文还是让人不太明白！怎么加样量又成5g了？你到底怎么做的？以上翻译是按我理解弄的，你看看是否符合本来面貌。有问题再说吧
