[交流] Does anyone know how to get started as a translator in China?

It is appearntly more attractive to me to become a translator than become a docotr.So I am wondering if anyone knows how to get started as a traslator in China, please let me know. If you have your own experience it would be grateful. Look forward to hearing good ideas.
