[求助] 小虫最近要投一个期刊，请教大虫们看下我这个投稿信

Dear Editors:
        We submit our manuscript entitled “The Design of HGB Measurement System Based on C8051F020” to Journal of Computational Information Systems for publication. We have proposed a novel HGB measurement system with close-loop controlling which is important to improve stability and accuracy of HGB measurement. Furthermore, the system can be transplanted to the blood analyzer and made portable HGB measurement. All authors have seen the manuscript and approved to submit to your journal. It is always better to use the editor's title and name (if you know).

The cover letter should address what has been done in your paper, the highlights, and the perspective readership. It will also help the editor a lot to find proper reviewers. It is not enough just say one sentences. The english should be improved.

If the journal requires suggested reviews, it also should be addressed in the end of the cover letter.
