不同方法提取蛋黄油制备的湿疹康油剂对小鼠急性湿疹模型的主要药效学研究

摘要: 目的建立小鼠急性湿疹筛选模型，并对7种不同方法提取蛋黄油制备的湿疹康油剂进行筛选。方法先用7种不同的方法提取蛋黄油，制备成湿疹康油剂，然后分别对相应的组别给药，观察并比较治疗效果。结果不同提取方法所得蛋黄油制备的湿疹康油剂治疗湿疹的效果不一致，除干馏法和烘法外，均会加重湿疹症状。结论干馏法和烘法所得的蛋黄油治疗小鼠急性湿疹的效果较好，减压蒸馏法、乙醚提取法、乙醇提取法、石油醚提取法、三氯甲烷提取法所得的蛋黄油反而会加重湿疹症状，其中减压蒸馏法最为严重。

Abstract: Objective To establish a mouse model for screening of acute eczema, and seven different methods to extract the preparation of egg yolk oil, eczema the Kang oil filter. The results of the effect of different treatment of eczema eczema Kang oil extraction method proceeds of egg yolk oil preparation inconsistent, in addition to dry distillation method and drying method, and will aggravate eczema symptoms. Conclusion dry distillation method and drying method from the egg yolk oil treatment of mice with acute eczema better, vacuum distillation, ether extraction, ethanol extraction, petroleum ether extraction, chloroform extraction from the egg yolk oil will add to eczema symptoms, the most serious of which vacuum distillation method.
