不同方法提取蛋黄油制备的湿疹康油剂对小鼠急性湿疹模型的主要药效学研究 摘要: 目的 建立小鼠急性湿疹筛选模型，并对7种不同方法提取蛋黄油制备的湿疹康油剂进行筛选。方法 先用7种不同的方法提取蛋黄油，制备成湿疹康油剂，然后分别对相应的组别给药，观察并比较治疗效果。结果 不同提取方法所得蛋黄油制备的湿疹康油剂治疗湿疹的效果不一致，除干馏法和烘法外，均会加重湿疹症状。结论 干馏法和烘法所得的蛋黄油治疗小鼠急性湿疹的效果较好，减压蒸馏法、乙醚提取法、乙醇提取法、石油醚提取法、三氯甲烷提取法所得的蛋黄油反而会加重湿疹症状，其中减压蒸馏法最为严重。 关键词：卵黄油；药理作用；提取工艺 |
