[交流] 投稿BBRC，被拒要求修改语言，改后重投，请问有必要这样做吗？

如题，小弟迫于无奈，斗胆投稿BBRC
3天后，今日收到据搞信。
如下:
Dear Dr. XXX,

Your manuscript titled xxx has been screened for possible publication in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications. In its current state, your manuscript cannot be submitted to a member of the Editorial Board for the scientific review process.  

If you wish to submit a revised version of your manuscript, please address the comments below and submit your revised paper as a new submission. Once you have addressed the comments below your paper can enter the review process.

The English is not clear and concise. There are many instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. E.g., 省略。
Please do not revise only the examples indicated in the comments, but check your ENTIRE manuscript thoroughly and carefully to refine the language. You are encouraged to have the manuscript critically edited by a colleague in your field who is a skilled writer in English.

目前只是你的语言不符合要求，这是所谓的技术审查。只有过了技术审查这步，才能进去正常的审稿程序。
建议你认真修改语言，然后重投。但是至于能否接收，这个完全取决于审稿人，和现在没有任何关系。

这怎么就能说是折腾呢，提高语言是对的，即使你投到别的杂志就不用修改语言了吗？否。投到别的杂志就能接收吗？否。
并不是这一个杂志要求技术审查，艾斯维尔旗下多数期刊都有。
上面有的虫友认为这是变相据你，这是不对的观点。这步和接不接收完全没有关系。

目前格式不是大问题。

审稿人都指出图不清晰
所以，我才这么放在2页的...

那你组合的时候是不是分辨率调低了啊，否则不会出现不清晰的现象的。
