从晶体生长最小表面能原理出发，可求得晶体的线性生长速率与该晶面的比表面自由能成正比，这种相应的关系符合吉布斯-乌尔夫晶体生长定律。 公式（1）种Ai为第i个晶面的比表面自由能，Ri为晶体中心引向第i个晶面的垂直距离。吉布斯-乌尔夫定律表明，比表面自由能大的晶面，相应的生长速率也大。 |

In formula (1), Ai is the i-th crystal plane specific surface free energy, and Ri stands for the vertical distance from the crystal center towards the i-th crystal plane. Gibbs - Ulf law shows that the bigger the specific surface free energy of the crystal plane is, the corresponding growth rate is faster. |
