从晶体生长最小表面能原理出发，可求得晶体的线性生长速率与该晶面的比表面自由能成正比，这种相应的关系符合吉布斯-乌尔夫晶体生长定律。 公式（1）种Ai为第i个晶面的比表面自由能，Ri为晶体中心引向第i个晶面的垂直距离。吉布斯-乌尔夫定律表明，比表面自由能大的晶面，相应的生长速率也大。 |

你这要求让人都有些望而却步，不敢应助了。既然有要求，建议你应该先把相关专业词汇或术语列示出来的，这样会好些。不管怎么样，我还是译了一下，不知道有没帮助。 【译】 Starting with the principle of crystal growth minimum surface energy, it could get the result that the crystal linear growth rate is proportional to the crystal plane specific surface free energy, in which the corresponding relations conforms to the Gibbs - Ulf law of crystal growth. In formula (1), Ai is the i-th crystal plane specific surface free energy, and Ri stands for the vertical distance from the crystal center towards the i-th crystal plane. Gibbs - Ulf law shows that the bigger the specific surface free energy of the crystal plane is, the corresponding growth rate is faster. |
