有人知道这个意思吗？

看到博后招聘的消息，但是似乎说是不允许博士毕业超过五年。请问下面这段话什么意思？我毕业刚过5年，怎么办？ “Experienced researcher still in his/her early career” must, at the time of recruitment by the host organization, be in possession of a doctoral degree AND have a maximum of five years of full time research experience from the date in which the undergraduate degree was obtained. Please, note that any time of unemployment should be clearly identifiable in the CV. This eligibility criterion is calculated at the date of appointment. ” |
