实验中善待动物的证据？？“Human and Animal Use in Research and Testing”

最近收到杂志的修改要求，其中有一条编辑的要求如下。 就是关于实验中小鼠的问题，需要提供善待动物的证据，详见粗体字。 请有经验的筒子帮忙，在此先谢谢大家了。 I also note that you used mice to blood-feed the mosquito colonies. ESA policy requires that authors provide evidence that animals used in experimentation have been handled humanely and under the oversight of some kind of animal care regulations. If you cannot provide this, we cannot accept the paper. Below is the applicable section from the ESA Style Guide: "Human and Animal Use in Research and Testing For research articles that involved the use of humans or animals, the Entomological Society of America requires that the following types of notification, as applicable, be included in the acknowledgement section of the article. Humans. All human subjects work should reference approved Internal Review Board protocols or compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act information policies for their organization, if the protocols are not available. Animals. All studies should reference an approved Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee protocol or similar documents from their institutions. For trapping/collecting wild animals/birds, reference to collecting permits at the national or state level should be referenced." [ Last edited by lippi21 on 2012-5-18 at 11:01 ] |
