Renewed Standards for Rapid Communications in Physical Review A 已有1人参与

五月一号PRA编辑部专门撰文明确地强调Rapid Communications的定位: "Rapid Communications are meant to be the equivalent of Letters, but are intended for the specialized audience of the Physical Review rather than the general audience of Physical Review Letters”, 要求审稿人" a rejection for PRL should not be followed by a recommendation to publish the paper as a Rapid Communication unless it meets rigorous standards of impact on the field." 之前，PRB开辟专栏（http://prb.aps.org/rapids）介绍Rapid Communications,也强调"publication of short papers presenting highly original and significant material." 看样子，APS想要提升Rapid Communications的影响力了，将其定位为“约等于”PRL。 |
