请尽可能的流畅，谢谢。 To a solution of the 原料 (2 mmol) in 二氯甲烷 (5 mL) was added 硼烷 (5 mg, 0.01 mmol) and 硅氧烷 (4 mmol) and the solution was stirred at room temperature for a period of time (monitored by TLC). Water was added to the reaction mixture and was extracted with 二氯甲烷 (3 x 5 mL). The combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulphate, concentrated under vacuo and the crude product was purified by flash chromatography. |
