Better to face it bravely than to curse the darkness of the reality,A man failed in protecting all what he loves should  have a great courage to stand up and never to quit.这句话有多少语病，

You'd better face the darkness of the reality bravely rather than curse it .
A man who fails to protect all taht he loves should  have the great courage to stand up and never quit.
不止三个语病，时态、固定搭配、句子结构、名词用法方面都有些小问题，不过这是俺一家之见。“the great courage"中的the不确定是不是要加。

Better to face it bravely than to curse the darkness of the reality,为甚么你们都把这句改了呢？这句应该没错啊，与其诅咒现实的黑暗，不如勇敢的去面对，网上有这个句型吧，A man failed in protecting all what he loves should  have a great courage to stand up and never to quit这句failed in doing sth，也可以啊 ，用分词作定语不行吗？非要加个who？那个a great courage 还是the，我不清楚，我表示的是现在完成时，时态有误吗
