Major Revision: editor的建如果无法实现，如何委婉地拒绝
前几天，一篇文章修回。编辑除了说明需要按照reviewer的修改意见修改之外，还“建议”测试算法的性能（从CUTEr中选例子），原文是这样的：The associate editor and reviewers feel that the paper needs major work before
it would be suitable for publication in COAP. The reviewers give suggestions
for guidance. The numerical experiments need to be upgraded to include comparisons with other methods. Some comparisons are suggested by reviewer #1. It is suggested that you also compare to standard software such as ALGENCAN, and then use test problems from the CUTEr library. The CUTEr testing environment is the standard environment that is used to compare algorithms. CUTEr also can be used with MATLAB
但是，本人不太熟悉如何去测试CUTEr的例子并进行比较，大家看如何委婉拒绝editor 的这个 It is suggested 啊，注意：这是编辑的建议，不是审稿人的建议。
