Here, We analyze the performance of the one-iteration Delphi process qualitatively. Fig. 10 is the final results with and without the Delphi process. We can see that, the results are more dispersive without the Delphi process, reflecting with more uncertainties in the decision process. Without the Delphi process, it is hard to rank A1 and A3, which are very close to each other. While after the one-iteration Delphi process, the DMers are more convinced that A1 is better than A3. There are all fifteen matrices (3 DMers ¡Á 5 matrices each one) both before and after the Delphi process. So, we compare the CIs, which represent the consistency of judgment matrices, between the two stages. We can see from Fig. 11 that, after the one-iteration Delphi process, 13/15 CIs are diminished. So, we guess that the Delphi process can enhance the consistency of DMer¡¯s subjective judgments.
