It is not the first time shopping online. I gave an order for three books 6 days ago. The expected time of the arrival is yesterday. But they did not come on time. At 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon I wrote a letter to the complaint department about delivery time. Then they sent me an answering letter in a few moments. Taday a lady of Customer Service gave me a call, saying that she would press the logistics company to delivery goods as soon as possible. About 3 hours later, there was a knock at the door. I payed for the goods after I checked them. Altough the delivery time is the longest up to now, which is unpleasant, the answer of Customer Service is very quick and satisfactory. I like shopping online, too, and usually on Tmall, Jingdong, 1 hao dian and Paipai, etc. Also, i call complaints hotline occasionally.The most terrible thing i experienced was that when i purchased in Jingdong mall. Since the consignee address was devious, in the village,you konw, it spent me half a month to receive the goods. During the long waiting time, i had no option but to write complaint application. But the application resulted inconducively. Calling complaints online, i think, is more helpful than writting complaint application.  |
