Firstly ,you should take it easy ,just relax  to deal with this situation!Don't give yourself too much streess!If you are in a relac surrounding ,may be it could do good to your memory!

Secondly,you have to keep enough sleeping.Ensure at least 7 hours       sleeping time is important to keep your memory in a stable level.It't benefit to you memory and healthy!

Thirdly,you can make a list about the things you have to do!Just develop a good habit ,maybe ,after sometime you will find your memory can move forward by doing things regularly!
