well, firstly, you should have confidence that you could have a good memory
then take some measures to improve the memories, such as association the information you wanna memorize, creating vivid, memorable images, grouping information together, repeating information, and making your life organized...etc...well those may help you polish your memory, just keep practice and take time and efforts to do that..wishes for you

I find my memony is more and more poor. sometimes I remember to be about to doing something ,but when I make it I unexpectly forget it competely. I am worried about my old age life.
