Don't be too nervous!I find my memory is poor,too! Firstly ,you should take it easy ,just relax to deal with this situation!Don't give yourself too much streess!If you are in a relac surrounding ,may be it could do good to your memory! Secondly,you have to keep enough sleeping.Ensure at least 7 hours sleeping time is important to keep your memory in a stable level.It't benefit to you memory and healthy! Thirdly,you can make a list about the things you have to do!Just develop a good habit ,maybe ,after sometime you will find your memory can move forward by doing things regularly! |

well, firstly, you should have confidence that you could have a good memory then take some measures to improve the memories, such as association the information you wanna memorize, creating vivid, memorable images, grouping information together, repeating information, and making your life organized...etc...well those may help you polish your memory, just keep practice and take time and efforts to do that..wishes for you you could have a reference here: http://www.wikihow.com/Improve-Your-Memory |
