Ten gram sample was mixed with Ph 7.0 sterile NaCl-Peptone buffer. This solution was shaken until completely homogenized, forming the test solution with 1:10. For the bacterium counting, 1 mlthe 1:10 test solution was measured and dispensed evenly to 5 Petri dishes with 0.2 ml per one in accordance with the relevant law (the second version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Appendix Ⅺ J). For the mold and yeast counting, 1 ml the 1:10 test solution was measured and placed to Petri dishes according to the relevant law (the second version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Appendix Ⅺ J). For the Escherichia coli examination, the number of becteria should not exceed 1000cfu, the number of molds and yeasts 100cfu, and the number of Escherichia coli should not be detected in the 1:10 test solution used.
