求翻译有关微生物限度检查的一段 万分感谢

取本品10g，加pH7.0无菌氯化钠-蛋白胨缓冲液至100ml，振摇至供试品分散均匀，制成1：10的供试液。细菌计数，取1：10的供试液1ml，等量分注于5个平皿中，每皿0.2ml，依法检查（中国药典2010年版二部附录Ⅺ J）；霉菌和酵母菌计数，取1：10的供试液1ml注皿，依法检查（中国药典2010年版二部附录Ⅺ J）；大肠埃希菌检查，取1：10的供试液10ml，置胆盐乳糖培养基100ml中，依法检查（中国药典2010年版二部附录Ⅺ J）。 1g供试品中，细菌数不得过1000cfu，霉菌和酵母菌数不得过100cfu，大肠埃希菌不得检出。 坚决抵制软件翻译的拷贝！ |

| Ten gram sample was mixed with Ph 7.0 sterile NaCl-Peptone buffer. This solution was shaken until completely homogenized, forming the test solution with 1:10. For the bacterium counting, 1 mlthe 1:10 test solution was measured and dispensed evenly to 5 Petri dishes with 0.2 ml per one in accordance with the relevant law (the second version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Appendix Ⅺ J). For the mold and yeast counting, 1 ml the 1:10 test solution was measured and placed to Petri dishes according to the relevant law (the second version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Appendix Ⅺ J). For the Escherichia coli examination, the number of becteria should not exceed 1000cfu, the number of molds and yeasts 100cfu, and the number of Escherichia coli should not be detected in the 1:10 test solution used. |
