晶体学报e编辑要求修改的问题

晶体方面菜鸟第一次投晶体学报e，编辑回复要求修改的问题，请高手们帮忙看看： Please say how you assigned the chiral hand you show in your structure. In your CIF you have the flag unknown but it is not said in the text. Since it is a natural product you might be able to assign it on the grounds of known chirality. Is this possible in this case? If not you must state that the assignment of the chiral form is arbitrary Refinement incorrect word, please correct this typing mistake columnthe 第一段是否要我在comment里说明怎么确定化合物的手性吗？Refinement是说数据还需要精修吗？ |
