[交流] 强大的拒稿意见，有人见过没？见过的说下让我心理平衡一下已有21人参与

前阵子投了一篇“Chemical Papers”，牛人同学们别笑，影响因子很低。结果今天的拒稿意见实在让人接受不了啊，居然因为另一篇学位论文可以会发表而拒了我的文章，很抓狂，有木有啊....
有没有虫虫们也有相似经历的啊？
拒的原因原文如下：
My research indicates that your manuscript is strongly overlapping with thesis of Nourredine Abdoulmoumine submitted to the Faculty of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in Biological Systems Engineering in the year 2010 entitled as "Sulfate and Hydroxide Supported on Zirconium Oxide Catalysts for Biodiesel Production". Despite the fact that the thesis has apparently not been published yet, the thesis can be considered as a publication. Based on this, I have to reject your manuscript because of the lack of originality and novelty.

yeah, it is there.
不建议直接投其他期刊，因为审稿人还可能还是原来的人，到时候就真的成抄袭了。建议在立意上把文章修改一下，再看能投到其他杂志上不。
