[求助] 求助实验操作的一个问题

In a 50 mL distillation flask 0.2 ml of extract and 12.3 mL of 95% ethanol are added, and then proceeds to the cooling of the same in water and ice to prevent the initiation of the reaction. In this situation you add 12.5 mL of concentrated HCl containing 300 mg L-1 of FeSO4•7 H2O (to catalyze the reaction), and shall be read spectrophotometrically from 360 to 700 nm, at base line recorded with water。
