In the experiment, the influence of flowers and grass on the human metabolism function was investigated, the target of the flowers and grass for regulation of self metabolic utilization was determined, the mechanism of the flowers and grass for improving human health was clarified, and a scientific basis was provided for the applications of the flowers and grass as the green and environmentally-friendly nutrient for human bodies.

This research studied on influence on human body metabolism function by plants and determined target point of plants controlling self metabolism. Also, it illustrated mechanism of improving human health by plants and provided scientific evidences for plants as environmental nutrition materials.
