[交流] Do you practise pilates?





Pilates is a physical fitness system which collects yoga, dance and gym together. It reaches a perfect combination of breath and power, which focuses on the training of muscles and core strenth.
It works effectively in improving body shape, strentching and balance control.

I am satisfied with my body after I keep on doing Pilates afternoon exercises for recent years.
If I am asked to give some suggestions about it, I would suggest you to focus on two things: perseverence and concentration.

Pilates will make you healthier and give you a celebrity figure...So, what are you waiting for?
Come on, let's practise it right now!

though I looked up dictionary, I could not find a possibly reasonable meaning for this word. But according to your description, it seems fun.
