Propenoic acid- 2 - ethylhexyl ester (2-the EHA), acrylic acid -2 - hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), acrylic acid (AA) and vinyl acetate acetate (VAc) as comonomer, ethylene series cross-associated agent (E-5C) and benzene (XDI), methylene diisocyanate ester as compound cross-linking agent, trimellitic acid trioctyl ester (TOTM) as plasticizers, by solution copolymerization prepared by solvent-based acrylicpressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA); and then through the post-cross-linked and plasticized modified, itmade of a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) for processing high-temperature acid type protective film PSA tape. The results show that: when the condition is m (E-5C): m (XDI) = 15; 1.5, w (TOTM) = 3% and the adhesive thickness for the 8-10um, the protective film PSA tape comprehensive performance, the initial moderate adhesion, excellent high temperature resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and test products which fully meet FPC process requirements. 仅供参考 |

楼主,我先说下我的理解,因为我的翻译是在我理解的基础上翻译的,并不是直接翻译你的,望你指正。 我的理解如下: 1. 首先你先用溶液聚合合成了一种压敏胶 2. 接着你对其进行了交联和增塑改性 3. 改性后的产物具有耐高温和耐酸碱性特点 4. 改性后的产品可以满足FPC过程。 因为我是做高分子的,所以对这个有些了解,不知道我理解的对不对,基于以上的理解,我的翻译文稿如下: Solvent-based acrylic ester pressure sensitive adhesive tape was successfully obtained by means of solution copolymerization and further modifications. In this solution copolymerization system, 2-EHA, HEA, AA, and VAc were employed as the co-monomers. Protective PSA with high-temperature resistance and acid/alkali resistance for FPC processing was obtained after the co-polymerization, cross-linking modification, and plasticization modification. To process the two modifications, E-5c and XDI were employed as the cross-linking agent compound, and TOTM was employed as a plasticizer. The results of tests showed that: the comprehensive performances of PSA tape were excellent when the ratio of m (E-5C) and m (XDI) was 15:1.5, w (TOTM) = 3%, and the thickness of the adhesive was between 8 and 10um. Moreover, its initial adhesion was moderate, and its high-temperature resistance and acid/alkali resistance were dramatically excellent. Besides, its pilot product fully meets the requirements of FPC processing. |
