审一篇proceediing paper, 和已发表文章基本一样，咋办呢

老板让我帮审稿，是Acta Mater 的proceeding paper. 老板说了，审稿可以松点。 我拿到文章一看，我靠，除了标题和摘要，其他都是一样的，图表和文中章节都一样，这咋审啊？ 大家给些意见？ |

我告诉老板，老板就写信给editor，editor回信说 Dear ***: Greetings! I have read both the papers and as long as they refer to the published (accepted) paper in the Conference paper, the Conference paper is acceptable. If the figures have been taken from the published paper, as long as they refer to the published paper in the conference paper, the conference paper is acceptable. Thank you very much for identifying the problem (and the concern). With best wishes, 老板又给我回信说： This is the answer I got from the editor. He is saying that as long as the figures are referenced for the old publication, it shall be fine. I am confused. Anyway, I will point that out to the authors and ask for either referencing it correctly or change to another figure. Thanks a lot! 晕，都怪这个作者，咋能这样呢。。。。 |

这种事要看情况，不是简单的一棒子打死。引用了，就不是抄袭，当然那也不算新的工作，没有创新。 （以前回过帖子，说不是不行，不过这种事绝对不要照搬。） 这个杂志作者保留的权利，可不可以在会上宣读，要看会议了（一般还是不会收，不过既然编辑说了，这次应该可以）。 http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/authorsview.authors/rights What rights do I retain as a journal author*? •the right to present the journal article at a meeting or conference and to distribute copies of such paper or article to the delegates attending the meeting; |
