¹©²Î¿¼£º A total of 39 bacterial strains were separated from active sludge by use of 4 culture media of different components, and, considering the culture conditions, 1 strain with high flocculating activity was selected by from each culture medium by screening, and was named as A11, B6, C5, and D6 accordingly. Meanwhile, the effect of flocculant dosage and flocculation aid (CaCl2) input on the flocculation result was also investigated. The results indicated that for A11, a dosage of 0.2ml flocculant and 0.8ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect; for B6, a dosage of 0.2ml flocculant and 1.0ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect; for C5, a dosage of 0.25ml flocculant and 1.0ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect; and for D6, a dosage of 0.15ml flocculant and 1.0ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect. |
