| 利用四种不同成分的培养基从活性污泥中共分离出39株菌株，通过考察培养条件最终在四种培养基中各筛选得到一株具有较高絮凝活性的菌株，分别命名为A11，B6，C5，D6；同时考察了絮凝剂用量及助凝剂CaCl2的投入量对絮凝效果的影响，结果表明：A11絮凝剂投加量在0.2ml，CaCl2用量在0.8ml；B6絮凝剂投加量在0.2ml，CaCl2用量在1.0ml；C5絮凝剂投加量在0.25ml，CaCl2用量在1.0ml；D6絮凝剂投加量在0.15ml，CaCl2用量在1.0ml；分别具有良好的絮凝效果。 |

供参考： A total of 39 bacterial strains were separated from active sludge by use of 4 culture media of different components, and, considering the culture conditions, 1 strain with high flocculating activity was selected by from each culture medium by screening, and was named as A11, B6, C5, and D6 accordingly. Meanwhile, the effect of flocculant dosage and flocculation aid (CaCl2) input on the flocculation result was also investigated. The results indicated that for A11, a dosage of 0.2ml flocculant and 0.8ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect; for B6, a dosage of 0.2ml flocculant and 1.0ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect; for C5, a dosage of 0.25ml flocculant and 1.0ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect; and for D6, a dosage of 0.15ml flocculant and 1.0ml CaCl2 resulted in favorable flocculation effect. |
