| The standard of milk industry development is imminent. Buffalo milk has a high nutritive value and extensive breeding, muscular body. Its quality and safety should be controled from the origin milk. Chinese government has already paid great attention to developing buffalo milk industry. However, its quality and safety control is difficult for Chinese large population, huge regional differences and wide trade. The European food safety system is strengthen completely which covers the whole food chain from the farm to the table, and formed a "food safety white paper" as the core of the various laws, decrees and commands coexisting with food safety laws and regulations as the new system framework. Therefore, this probject is to study the European food quality and safety technology and the detection methods of quality standard, related laws and regulations, too. Finally, we’ll set a safety evaluation system for Chinese buffalo milk to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese buffalo milk dairy products, improve Chinese buffalo milk industry development. |

However, It is still difficult to control its quality and safety due to the large population, huge regional differences and extensive trade in China. The European food safety system is strengthen completely which covers the whole food chain from the farm to the table, forming a "food safety white paper" as the core of the various laws, where decrees and commands coexist with food safety laws and regulations as the new system framework. Therefore, this project is to study the European food quality and safety technology, in which the detection methods of quality standard, related laws and regulations are also included. Finally, we’ll set a safety evaluation system for Chinese buffalo milk to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese buffalo milk dairy products, improve Chinese buffalo milk industry development. 仅供参考，原文我认为很有水准，仅做了少量修改。  |
