[交流] 谁能帮忙指导一下SSCI投稿Minor Revision的情况？

投了一篇文章到SSCI检索的期刊，2011年5月投。
2011.10收到审稿意见，给了一些意见。
2011.12修改稿提交
2011.12.31号，收到编辑意见，看来是没有再送审稿人。显示MiNOR REVISION.编辑的意见对我的蹩脚英语进行了要求。附在下面。但我担心领域问题，没有找专门的英文编辑修改润色，自己修改了几天，请英语好的帮忙看了一遍。.由于大量修改了语法和说法，就没有用红色标出来。

请了解情况的虫子们，分析一下文章的命运如何？多久会有状态的变化啊？
要是我的英语还是不过关，编辑会不会愤怒地拒稿了？

Editorial Comments
This is quite an interesting paper but there are still problems with the presentation (in contrast to the content).

* The Highlights do not conform to the Habitat International model (see guide to authors).  They should consist of 4 or 5 bulleted points with the major points of the study.  As it stands, the abstract and highlights are the same.

* There are serious problems with the English. In some sentences there are no verbs.  Some statements are incomprehensible.  It is suggested that the author consult a competent English editor to review and edit the entire manuscript, including the highlights, abstract and text.

* The referencing should be amended to conform to the Habitat International house style.

* Habitat International uses section number in whole digits (1, 2, 3,.).  I suggest you eliminate the numbering on the 2-doigit sections (i.e., 2.1) but keep the reduced font size and bold titles as they are.

* Consider moving Table 2 to an appendix at the end of the paper and use Table and Figure rather than Tab. and Fig.

* Does the research suggest policies on agglomeration that government and/or planners might find useful?  Include them in the conclusions.
