|
健康助理系统在护理质量管理的应用研究 [摘要] 目的 探讨建立健康助理系统对医院护理质量的影响。方法 成立健康助理系统,设立专门办公室进行统一管理，主要职责为协助病区护士完成病人的基础护理、外出检查、标本护送、各种医疗用品的上收下送等工作。对比健康助理系统成立前后患者对护理工作的满意度、患者健康助理员工作满意度、医务人员理工作的满意度、病人基础护理质量、医院人力成本支出情况等。结果 健康助理系统成立后病人基础护理质量显著提高（P<0.01），患者对护理的满意度、对健康助理员（护工）的满意度及医生对护理工作的满意度均显著高于成立前（P<0.01）。与社会化管理相比医院管理的月均成本较低（P<0.01）。结论 健康助理系统的设立,可以保障病人安全、有效提高护理质量，明显降低医院经费成本。 [关键词] 健康助理员；非护理性工作；护理质量；满意度 Health assistant system in nursing quality management applied research 【Abstract】Objective To establish the system of hospital health care assistant quality.Methods The Health Assistant system, establish a special office for unified management, the main responsibility for the ward nurses to assist patients with completed primary care, check out, specimens escort, accept on a variety of medical supplies sent to other work. Comparing patients before and after the establishment of the health assistant system for nursing job satisfaction, patient satisfaction with the work of health assistants, medical personnel management job satisfaction, patient-based quality of care, hospital labor costs and so on. Results Health Assistant system after the establishment of patient-based quality of care significantly increased (P <0.01), patient care and satisfaction, the health assistant (carer) satisfaction and medical care and job satisfaction were significantly higher than before the establishment of (P <0.01). Compared with the social management of hospital management, the average monthly costs are lower (P <0.01). Conelusion The establishment of the health assistant system can protect patient safety, improve quality of care, significantly reduced the cost of hospital expenses. Compared with the social management of hospital management, the average monthly costs are lower (p <0.01). 对比健康助理系统成立前后患者对护理工作的满意度、患者健康助理员工作满意度、医务人员理工作的满意度、病人基础护理质量、医院人力成本支出情况等。 Comparations are conducted before and after the establishment of the health assistant system in these aspects: patient satisfaction on care, nurse satisfaction on job, doctor satisfaction , patient essential care quality and hospital labor cost. |
