the following way had been taken to prepare the aim compounds:
" extraction in hot water → flocculation impurity→ ethanol macroporous resin desorption → ion adsorption→ desalting by resin exchange → active carbon bleaching → concentration → spray-drying".
there are some advantages for this method: no need for recrystallization , the adsorption carried out by using HZ818 resin, a white powder-like product could be obtained by one step extraction with the total glycoside content of 90% or more. and a high performance liquid chromatography was used ....... mixture, by UV, FTIR and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) method, ....... physical and chemical analysis and detection were further carried out, which provided a significant guidance for the actual production.
