......在350℃以下是相对稳定的,350℃以后,失重趋势减缓,在400℃时,氧化分解物较少,大部分已氧化分解。

本试验采用“热水浸提→絮凝除杂→大孔树脂吸附→乙醇解吸→离子交换树脂脱盐脱色→活性炭脱色→浓缩→喷雾干燥”的提取工艺,其优势是:不需要经过重结晶法,采用HZ818树脂吸附,一步提取法就可以得到白色粉末状产品,且其总苷含量达到90%以上。并采用高效液相色谱法检测.......的混合物,通过紫外、红外和热重分析方法,对.......做了进一步的理化分析检测,为实际生产提供了指导意义。

.. it is relatively stable below 350 ℃, after which the mass loss rate slowed down, and until  400 ℃, there was less oxidative decomposition and most of them had been oxidized.
the  following way had been taken to prepare the aim compounds:
" extraction in hot water → flocculation impurity→ ethanol macroporous resin desorption →  ion adsorption→ desalting by resin exchange  → ​​active carbon bleaching → ​​concentration →  spray-drying".
there are some advantages for this method: no need for recrystallization , the adsorption carried out by using HZ818 resin, a white powder-like product could be obtained by one step extraction with the total glycoside content of 90% or more. and a high performance liquid chromatography was used ....... mixture, by UV, FTIR and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) method, ....... physical and chemical analysis and detection were further carried out, which provided a significant guidance for the actual production.
