|
On a historical time scale, the identification of the structures and confirmation of the hormone status of some of these putative hormones has come rel- atiyely recently tnd in rather small amounts. Cur- rently, only secretin, gastrin, and cholecystokinin- pancreozymin fit the four criteria which have been established to define a substance as a GI hormone: 1) physiological demonstration that a stimulus ap- plied to one structure results in modification of the activity of another structure or of another part of the same structure; 2) physiological demonstration that the effect on the target structure persists after all nervous connections between the site of stimulus and the target structure are removed; 3) evidence that isolation from the stimulated site ofa substance produces the observed effect on the target tissue; and 4) chemical identification of the substance and proof of its structure by synthesis |

 从历史范围看，最近一些公认的相当少量的激素结构识别和确认依赖于激素状态来比较。目前，只有分泌、胃泌素、胆囊收缩和泛克里奥酶制剂满足四个标准，建立这个标准的目的是定义一个胃肠激素的物质： 1）生理性的示范，即刺激适用于一个在结构修改成另一种结构或结构相同的另一部分活动产生的结果; 2）生理性的示范，即紧张联系在现场刺和所有目标结构将被移除之间对目标结构的影响仍然存; 3）观察到的隔离刺激现场OFA物质产生的对靶组织效果的证据; 4）化学法合成的物质及其结构鉴定； 门外汉，试试看。  |
